Adjacent to this, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances conveniently connects to the barbecue area and garden, making outdoor dining a breeze. This floor also features a bathroom with a shower. 

First Floor 

Ascending to the first floor, you'll find three inviting bedrooms and another well-appointed bathroom with a shower. Two of these bedrooms feature queen-size beds (1.60 x 2.00) and open up to a charming veranda, while the third bedroom is home to a bunk bed with two connected single beds. All bedrooms are thoughtfully air-conditioned, and the stone walls of the house help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. The spacious veranda is equipped with an additional seating area, enjoying beautiful views of the surrounding area and overlooking the pool. 

Outdoor area

The outdoor area of Villa Caneva is beautifully landscaped and surrounded by trees and lush flower gardens, offering privacy and seclusion. The facilities of the outdoor area include:

- A private swimming pool with ladder access. An outdoor shower, sun beds, and umbrellas for relaxation by the pool are available at the pool terrace.
